I am a 42-year-old single mom. The type of dwarfism I have is Achondroplasia, the most common form. Every day is full of obstacles, but they have never slowed me down. I may not be able to jump over an obstacle, but I can sure go under it or knock it down.

Although I've had setbacks, let downs, and a lot of discrimination, I have had many great accomplishments. I was told I would never be able to get pregnant, until – SURPRISE! God had his hand in it. Being a dwarf mom was hard – carrying her, putting her in the car, putting her in bed. My body was tired, but I had that “can do” attitude. Now, my 13-year-old daughter Carleigh is a wonderful, caring, strong, loving young lady.

I am honored to be a Texas Bold Beauty Project model, inspired after hearing other models' life stories. My goal is to inspire as many people as possible. It doesn't matter your age, color, size, or disability, you need to live YOUR life to the fullest. I discovered that I was Fierce and Strong and Full of Fire. Not even I could hold myself back, because my Passion Burned Brighter than my Fears. No matter what challenges come your way, never back down and never give up. Put your faith into God and GREAT things will happen!
